- Technical Skills: Possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the ability to operate various tools and equipment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, residents, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
