Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive electromechanical and electronics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute significantly to our engineering projects, ensuring the highest level of performance and reliability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Management, Customer Service, and R&D), providing expert field service support and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the high-quality performance of our electromechanical systems,

  • Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks,

  • Producing timely and detailed service reports,

  • Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols,

  • Providing exceptional customer service during field visits or dispatches,

  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions,

  • Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization,

  • Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations,

  • Building positive relationships with customers,

  • Adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

  • High School diploma/GED required.

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering is preferred.

  • Experience or understanding of electromechanical systems or electronics field.

  • Knowledge of Wayside Signaling systems and Railroad operations.

  • A valid driver's license and US Passport eligibility.

  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

  • A customer service-oriented mindset.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
