Executive Cleaner

Job Description:
This person will be a part of the Integrated Facilities Services group within our client’s organization that is currently supporting one of their largest customers, a Fortune 500 Aerospace leader based in Savannah, GA. They will play a key part in supporting the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the executive level stakeholder workspaces and common areas. This is a huge long term contract opportunity to help support one of their most high-end customers that is set to bring an additional 2,000 jobs to the area

Requirements:
• At least 2+ years of previous commercial custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience for executive level personnel.
• Must have effective and clear communications skills and pleasant demeanor/presentation
• Must be able to lift or move equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation to be at the facility 5x/week.

Nice to have:
• Any previous customer service experience

Responsibilities:
• Cleans and maintains building/facilities. Responsible for heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing any trash.
• Work directly with janitorial and facility leads to escalate any minor or major repairs needed to any building operating systems.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication with all clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, etc.
• Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards when completing daily responsibilities.
