Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Radio Frequency Engineer in support of the F-16 Radar IPT Team. In this role, you will provide engineering leadership for a team accomplishing the design and development of new or improved capabilities for the F-16 radar system. The candidate will serve as the internal and external customer focal point and lead for requirements definition, design, development, test, verification, qualification, and production of hardware. The candidate will provide technical guidance to early career engineers, advise program management on roadmap and
technology decisions and play a critical role in the development of Radar system architecture. Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related degree

• Demonstrated ability to deal with highly complex and challenging electronic systems

• Experience interfacing with customers and subcontractors
Desired Skills:
• F-16 Program Experience

• Experience working with Radio Frequency, RADAR, or Communication Systems

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with subordinates, peers, senior team members and the customer at both programmatic and technical levels
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
