12 HR Day Shift - Must be able to work 7:00AM - 7:00PM, Schedule: 2-2-3
What You'll Do:The Production Lead utilizes their experience to ensure accuracy of inventory, maintaining raw ingredient levels, use and finished product accuracy on the production floor and in the SAP system. They successfully perform a variety of duties, coordinating with the production team and in collaboration with internal teams.
- Inventory counts, verification, and control of materials.
- Supporting of the plant production schedule.
- Pulling materials, staging raw and/or packaging materials for the production lines
- Observes and report issues relating to product quality, pallet damage, defects, and/or errors in SAP.
- Train other employees on how to safely perform tasks required for their job.
- Ongoing coaching or employees on the line.
- Willingness to learn how to run the line to better support operators.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- 1 year previous Lead experience required.
- 3 yrs. experience preferred, knowledge of food manufacturing machinery.
- Use of MS products required, SAP software ideal.
- Availability to attend work as scheduled and availability to work overtime if needed.
- Ability to communicate, direct and correct safety and food safety issues immediately.
Salary:
The typical hiring range for this role is $25.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
