Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team. **This position is located
near Southern Ohio and features a flexible schedule, with a manageable
outpatient-only patient load that can be adjusted according to your

Dayton, and Columbus, perfect for those who appreciate a welcoming community

_Requirements:_






* Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
* J1 Visa candidates welcome
* 2025 Residency Graduates are encouraged to apply



_Practice Details:_






* Schedule: Clinic open Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, with **4-day flexible scheduling available for physicians**
* Patient Load: 100% outpatient duties with 14 to 20 patients per day




* Workload is adjustable according to physician preference



_Compensation and Benefits:_






* Annual base salary plus bonuses based on the wRVU model
* **$20,000 sign-on bonus provided**
* PTO, paid holidays, and sick time included
* $3,000 annual CME allowance
* **Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, disability coverage, and malpractice coverage**
