The Marketing Coordinator will have a detailed understanding of the workflow necessary for accurate data management and reporting on behalf of Full Sail's Marketing department.

The Marketing Coordinator will have the ability to work quickly, manage multiple tasks, and work independently as well as in a team environment. This is a temporary position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Data Team with necessary daily tasks required for completion including data management and ensuring data accuracy
  • Create reports, as needed, for Data Team Supervisor and/or Director of Marketing Operations Manager
  • Project manage data reconciliation and workflow for the Data Team.
  • Create, manage and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Full Sail's Marketing Department

Other Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to the policies and procedures of Full Sail University
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of company and personnel information
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of • the organization
  • Adheres to company attendance standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Competencies:

  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and maintain a high number of complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Excellent time-management abilities. • Excellent listening, problem- solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel a must.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated.
  • Creative thinking and adaptable to change.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide backup assistance for the lead management specialist

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but will look at a combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: • N/A

Computer/Equipment Skills:

  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, Keynote, Excel, and Outlook

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:

Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting to thirty (30) pounds.
