What Will I be Doing?
Provides the director and managers of sales, catering, and events with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation Taking leads via email and phone and distributing them to the managers Building House accounts, inputting rooming lists, and making adjustments as needed to group contracts, proposals, and banquet event orders Preparing all site visit details to potential clients Preparing all amenities for VIP clients and groups Assisting the General Manager with setting up VIP Reservations, scheduling interviews, and items requested by General Manager Additional tasks or special projects requested by the managers and directors#LI-JW1 RequirementsWhat are we looking for?
