The Opportunity
- Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
- Must have at least 1-2 years of Emergency Medicine experience outside of school. Urgent Care experience will be considered.
- Current national certification, DEA, ACLS and BLS are preferred.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
The Practice
Watsonville Community Hospital - Watsonville, CA
- A 106-bed facility.
- Annual ED volume of 28,000.
- Recognition awards for quality include Top Performer on Key Quality Measures from the Joint Commission (2013), an 'A' Rating in patient safety and care quality from Leapfrog (2013), and an Accredited Chest Pain Center from the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care (2012-2015).
