Responsibilities & Qualifications

Under direct supervision and guidance, support the Claims Enterprise through assisting in the analysis of business data. Responsible for updating regularly produced weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Assists in the maintenance and analysis of existing data sources, reports and any issues or discrepancies found. Creates ad hoc reporting solutions to answer questions or supply data to internal customers. Engage higher-level team members on more complex issues as necessary. Work closely with all members of the Claims team to provide support for the strategies of the Claims Enterprise.

Preferred Experience and Skills
  • 0-2 years of property and casualty insurance experience
  • Analytical and proficient with numbers and formulas
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Knowledge of Business Objects or Power BI
  • Communication skills
  • Understanding of insurance


Preferred Education and Training
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Finance, Statistics, or related field
  • Associate in General Insurance designation
