The Headlines:  

 

In the role of Senior Administrative Assistant working in Chicago, IL,  you will be part of Marketing team. You will be responsible for providing senior general administrative support to a department and/or a senior-level manager.

 

This position reports to the VP of Marketing

 

The Responsibilities:

 

  • You complete complex office activities
  • You perform routine high-level correspondence through email, telephone, and mail
  • You compile and analyze complex information
  • You produce charts, tables, and presentation materials
  • You aid in the preparation and filing of records, statistics, and reports
  • You administer programs, projects, or other process specific to the operating unit served
  • You manage multiple calendars and assist in scheduling 

 

The Other Qualifications:

 

  • You have at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • You have 4+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
