Job Summary:
Westat is seeking an individual to provide administrative and program management support for an NIH epidemiological research project supporting cancer screening through June 2025. 

Job Responsibilities:
•     Coordinating Meetings with international site and responding to queries.
•     Coordinating publication and supporting first authors with publications and manuscripts.
•     Liaison with international sites to support technical and logistics of scientific staff.
•     Coordinate educational sessions with scientific staff.
•     Arrange all international shipment between sites.
•     Maintain study documentation.

Basic Qualifications:
•     A master's degree in public health or related field with at least 4 years of experience. 
•     Supported international cancer screening projects.
•     Coordinated statistical analysis and co-authored reports of study findings related to cancer screening.
•     Experience related to providing project management and coordination and logistics.

Preferred Qualifications:
•     Prepared comprehensive reports and maintained the project study data
•     Project management experience. 
•     Proficiency with MS Office, and virtual online meeting platforms including MS Teams and Zoom.
 
Minimum Qualifications: 
•     Demonstrated communication skills
•     Collaboration with teams, managers and/or clients
•     Organization skills, including time management ability
•     Detail oriented
