Blessed Crossings is a newly established completely remodeled adult foster home located in the heart of Tigard, Oregon. Our mission is to provide a nurturing and respectful environment for aging and disabled adults that honors the dignity, diversity, and individuality of each resident. As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Live-In Resident Care Manager to join our team and contribute to the foundational culture and success of our facility.

Position Overview
The Live-In Resident Care Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the highest standards of care within our facility. This position involves direct oversight of daily operations and ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents. This is an unparalleled opportunity to become part of a dynamic team from the ground up, influencing the development and growth of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the daily care of residents, including personal care, medication management, and activity planning.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Develop, implement, and maintain care standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage resident care plans, including assessments, evaluations, and updates to meet changing needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents' families, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Act as a primary liaison between residents, their families, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications
• Three or more verifiable years of experience providing direct care, with prior resident management experience in an adult foster care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of the regulations and standards governing adult foster care.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care to adults with varying needs.
• Proficiency in English.
• 21 years old or older.
• Attended or attended Washington county AFH-APD orientation.
• Proof of Ensuring Quality Care training and passing the exam (can be obtained after hire).
• Approved background check.
• Pre-service dementia training (can be obtained after hire).
• HCBS online training (can be obtained after hire)
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to live on-site within the foster home.

• Competitive salary, $4,500-5,000 depending on experience
