We are looking for a Product Sales Support Manager to represent and grow the Classic Crusher Parts products in Key Markets. You will be responsible for developing and growing the Classic Crusher Spares product group for both mining and aggregate market sectors. Working with the Director of Classic Crusher Spares, you would be tasked with promoting the Classic Crusher Spares products and setting up market specific sales strategies.

This position is mainly located in Brookfield, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. This position will include anywhere between 25% -35% global travel.

Team you belong to

The Product Sales Support Manager will be part of the CSP Product Sales Support Group and report directly to the VP of Product Sales Support .

We work closely with internal and external stakeholders. The members in our team are located globally.

What you'll do
Grow market share by increasing sales and profitability for this business. Travel to customer sites to with Market Area/DMO/Distributor sales orgs and assist with all phases of sales support, product presentations, and critical installations. Organize proposal documents for ease of sale. Train market area personnel, DMO personnel and distributor personnel on sales strategies for classic crusher spares products. Develop the localized marketing strategy with the BU head to ensure that messaging and product direction is aligned strategically. Collect input from end customers, market area and product line personnel regarding potential new product offerings. Support any digitalization projects as content manager. Represent the Classic Crusher Spares product group at trade shows, internal & external meetings and conferences Aid in the development of marketing, training and productivity tools.

Who you are
A proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability Strong leadership and communication skills to interact with all stakeholders including all levels of users and management Strong sales acumen Strong interpersonal skills Metals, mining, or aggregates industry experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or engineering Five (5) years of experience in a sales or sales support role.
