About this Role

Fandom is growing Our Premium Solutions Senior Manager opportunity reports to our Director of Premium Solutions.

Our team exists to showcase the best possible ways for our advertising partners to activate Fandom audiences with our brand, products, and ecosystem - empowering the global sales organization to drive revenue. This role will be responsible for ensuring high standards of creative quality for client pitches and execution of sold programs by working collaboratively with cross functional teams to conceive, develop, and execute innovative integrated marketing concepts for clients. 

 

This is a hands-on creative expert and individual contributor role that will influence our most visible bespoke and standard custom solutions by sharpening creative for existing advertising solutions, developing new bespoke advertising solutions and developing owned and operated concepts that attract sponsorship and drive media investment.  

 

The ideal candidate would be infinitely collaborative, enthusiastic about turning client briefs into unforgettable Fandom campaigns and experiences, and passionate about ideating and scoping creative ideas.



You Will...

Originate new and material ideas that define a unique perspective for our endemic and non endemic advertisers Develop and refine content, creative, and messaging that resonates with the Fandom audience on behalf of our advertisers for new proposals and existing client asksCraft and manage a budget per campaign, monitoring costs and finding savingsCollaborate with agency partners and internal teams on campaign development, video and digital production for campaigns and key event-related assetsTranslate complex strategic approaches into easily accessible creative conceptsUnderstand how writing and conceptual ideas can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand within the Fandom portfolioDazzle a room in meetings and command respect with smart creative and smart thinking for a variety of entertainment, gaming, and non endemic brandsServe as the client liaison to ensure their brand and messaging is represented in the creative strategy throughout the production of sold custom campaignsAct as a strategic partner by challenging clients with smart thinkingOversee the creative direction for production of deliverables to ensure highest standards of creative qualityWork collaboratively with a team environment with directors, producers, designers, engineers, strategists and product managersYou Have...7+ years of relevant agency or integrated marketing experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience translating data and insights into creative content in meaningful waysA portfolio that showcases applicable work experience and a demonstrated history of participating in cultureWorking knowledge and experience or interest in topics related to pop culture including entertainment, video games, streaming services, anime, community and cultureUnderstanding of industry trends and today's creative landscape and how fans engage with content, and trends within the marketingExperience supporting a sales org and collaborating with cross functional partners Strong experience in creatively leading development and production for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple mediums and formats, including .com, mobile, social, ad product, video/content, interactive, OOH, events, influencer marketing, etc.Experience pricing out programs and working against a budgetBonus Points...Experience working with gaming and entertainment clients and brandsProficiency in Adobe CC suiteExperience with AI tools Benefits & PerksSalary Range = ($101K - $168K)Vibrant team cultureComprehensive Medical, Dental, VisionTraining (unlimited Udemy + more)Flexible working hours and time offEquity & Retirement Programs including 401K matchPaid Parental LeaveInternational work environment with start-up culture  About Fandom
