As a Store Maintenance Coordinator on our Store Planning Team, you'll have a critical role in supporting our retail stores by planning, coordinating, and implementing required maintenance.
Using your excellent customer service skills and your ability to develop strong cross functional partnerships you will help support DXL's mission by:
Acting as a liaison with field and contractors to expedite and resolve store maintenance issues, answering phone calls, emails and messages, and non-emergency services during business hours Assigning work orders based on emergency and non-emergency repairs Communicating and negotiating with vendors and landlords regarding maintenance/construction issues Reviewing, entering, and approving invoicesWe're looking for someone with:
An Associate's Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in store maintenance operations Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Basic knowledge in all areas of commercial maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, structural, glass, doors, plumbing, pest control, locksmith, flooringHere's what we offer:
