As the city's first true luxury hotel and only Forbes recommended hotel in the state, this 23-story tower has 241 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining. Classification: Full-Time  Shift: Overnight – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance Analyze, interpret, and effectively explain items such as guest folios, incidental holds, Food & Beverage credits, and Hilton Honors Benefits. Initiate and complete the End of Day process and End of Month. Post BEO's to the correct account and manage House Accounts as needed. Respond to and resolve guest inquiries. Check guests in and out of the hotel, and support PBX, valet, In Room Dining, and the bell stand as needed. Requirements
