Genesis10 is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Digital Content Specialist with a flair for creativity to complement our current team.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Digital Content Specialist will be a key contributor to the success of our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has five years of creative writing and digital marketing experience, demonstrated ability to create digital content, and proven success in executing digital ad campaigns. We seek someone who is detail-oriented, a top-notch coordinator, excellent at multi-tasking, and deadline-driven. Our Senior Digital Content Specialist is a team player with a strong customer focus, loves to learn, and is willing to grow with us.

This is a remote position and is open to candidates in any U.S. state, preferably in the EST and CST time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's social media calendar, including creating content for and posting on all company pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Must be well-versed in social media best practices.

  • Provide accurate reports and analysis to management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI) on specific marketing-related efforts.

  • Oversee the rebranding of the company's website, including content creation, SEO strategy, and overall site management.

  • Create content for the company's blog, news updates, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

  • Assist with the rebranding of marketing messaging to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.

  • Five years of creative writing and digital marketing experience.

  • Experience with website rebranding and SEO management.

  • Marketing experience with a services company is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office 365.

  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems, including understanding workflows, lead scoring, and campaign management (knowledge of HubSpot is a plus).

  • Understanding of design principles and best practices for web and email design, even though the role does not require design skills.
