Job Description
The role will involve:
Support 3 members of the Executive team, with various administrative tasks. These include:Managing calendars and organizing meetingsDrafting communications and managing correspondence Creating presentations and attending meetings where needed Booking travel (including flights and hotels)Submitting and tracking invoices (basic invoicing knowledge is required)Coordinating agendas and submitting expense reportsSupport with project planning and metrics reportingSort and triage mailSupport with general office duties when needed Ad hoc projects as assignedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree (preferred)5+ years' prior experience in supporting a senior executive (ideally supporting multiple people)Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skillsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficient organizerExcited and eager to tackle new projects and ideasComfortable interacting with high-level executivesResourceful, can-do attitudeThrives in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on Offer
