Position Overview:

Win Kids is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Front Desk Representative. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service to our members and prospective families while assisting them in enrolling in our classes, events, and birthday parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Warmly welcome all visitors to Win Kids, including members, prospective families, and guests, and provide them with a positive first impression of our facility.
  • Answer Inquiries: Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from customers via phone, email, and in-person regarding our programs, class schedules, events, and birthday party options.
  • Enrollment Assistance: Guide families through the enrollment process for classes, events, and birthday parties, ensuring accuracy and completeness of registration forms and payment details.
  • Provide Information: Offer detailed information about Win Kids' offerings, including class descriptions, pricing, membership benefits, and facility amenities, to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Handle Reservations: Assist customers in scheduling and reserving spots for classes, events, and birthday parties, utilizing our booking system efficiently.
  • Address Concerns: Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints, and work collaboratively with management to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the front desk area and lobby are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as processing payments, updating customer records, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Promote Services: Actively promote Win Kids' programs, events, and special offers to current and prospective customers to drive enrollment and participation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with people of all ages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with booking or scheduling software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and families, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
