As the Information Technology Specialist, you will:

Responsible for the management of the Gallery’s Supplier Registration Portal to ensure the processing of vendor registration requests and updates to the Gallery’s supplier master record information.
Provide troubleshooting support to ensure functional issues are proactively detected and resolved to promote accurate, efficient, and secure day-to-day functionality of the Oracle systems.
Assist in year-end system close, business continuity activities, and special initiatives (e.g. reorganizations, system upgrades and enhancements) to promote optimized system utilization.
Interface with internal and external financial and system auditors, providing requested information, reports, queries, etc. Mastery knowledge of database query and application development tools such as TOAD, SQL Plus, as well as a working knowledge of reports design, configuration, and generation using Oracle reporting tools (XML Publisher, Business Intelligence, etc.) and Cloud dashboards.
Primary responsibility for Oracle systems user support services, application systems administration, security administration, and systems change management.
Administer the Gallery’s Oracle systems, which is comprised of EBS Financials with the eventual transition to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Planning and Budgeting (PBCS), Human Capital Management (HCM), Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). 
Provide functional support to Oracle users with expert troubleshooting capabilities for the optimal and efficient operation of Oracle systems and integration partners.
Responsible for provisioning and deactivating user accounts with monthly reporting and submission of quarterly Security Access Application reports in adherence to established policies and procedures.
Provide helpdesk management and oversite of operations and maintenance (O&M) using the Gallery’s Service Now helpdesk ticketing system to ensure the timely fulfillment of end-user assistance requests.
Provide support to the Gallery’s end-users report requests and development (Excel4Apps, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Dashboards, etc.).
Responsible for collaborating with partnering helpdesks (Procurement, Travel and Digital Solutions) to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting integrated systems.
