    I'm partnered with the CFO of a multi-billion dollar, privately held, manufacturing organization located in Tinley Park, IL. This global organization services over six industries by providing high-quality materials and services to their customers Due to continuous organic/internal growth, they are looking for a Finance Director to come join their booming organization and be a Finance Business Partner to two of their most profitable business units

    Job Description

  • Perform analysis to support strategic decision making for current organization
Present financial status on a project basis meeting with Senior Leadership Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial planning, and variance analysis on the performance of the unitCollect, analyze, and consolidate financial data making recommendations to increase financial performance for BUManage customer pricing programs within the ERP systemWork cross-functionally with Sales, Category Management, Operations, Strategy, etc. to gather information to contribute to financial analysis of company performancePut together the monthly reporting deck for the CFO to present to Senior LeadersAssist in the creation of project-level forecasts for incorporation into a long-range planning process and analyze performance against objectivesAd hoc analysis as required

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA or MBA a plusManufacturing industry and Project Forecasting experience a plus6+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and FinanceManagement experience requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
