  • Oversee the development of applications associated with the execution of delivering timely and accurate products and services for FTSE Russell's clients by ensuring that the tools used to carry out these requests take all parties into consideration (LSEG employee, the customer, regulators) and are in line with the short- and long-term vision of FTSE Russell.
  • Oversee the end-to-end workflow of Indices and Products while continuously evaluating blockers and creating innovative ways to decrease time to market whilst increasing efficiency.
  • develop a working relationship with relevant teams to better understand customer's needs and perspectives on our current capabilities' vs their needs.
  • Aid in the process of designing and developing realistic solutions to address sophisticated business problems and bring vested partners to the table to agree on a path forward.
  • Bridge the gaps between varying sectors of the business to create common terminology and processes that merge the good practice from different areas into an overall operating model
  • Represent the business future state planning and offer perspectives and suggestions on innovative next steps to achieve FTSE Russell's goals LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
