Job Description: We are looking for a marketing director to oversee all of the marketing efforts, both for client projects and our own company needs. Liaising with several ancillary departments, this role is ultimately responsible for an annual marketing calendar that operates with efficiency and fulfills all assets with quality and timely creative.

Job Duties:
  • Develop annual marketing strategies and plans
  • Liaise with ancillary marketing departments for coordinated efforts
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to understand needs and fulfill them
  • Oversee the team that brainstorms, creates, and fully executes assets for brand clients and company needs, ultimately responsible for fulfilling marketing needs
  • Project management of varying assets across multiple deadlines, sometimes one-off and sometimes reoccurring
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations governing marketing efforts


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelorâs Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience, sports-related preferred
  • 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports
  • Strong knowledge in paid media, SEO, and other tactics for promotion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel overnight 15% of the time
  • Ability to lift 10-20 pounds
