- Senior Scientist, BA/DMPK (Oncology)
- The Oncology Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics department is looking for an individual who has a passion for BA and DMPK science, applied to Cancer biology.
- As a BA scientist, you will provide drug discovery and development bioanalytical input and support for the analysis of in vivo PK, PD, and in vivo samples across the global Oncology portfolio.
- In this role you will work closely with our established BA/ADME teams in Boston (US) and Cambridge (UK) to analyze and summarize data which will be presented in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Developing bioanalytical methods, analyzing biological samples using quantitative LC-MS/MS assays, and performing non-compartmental PK analysis (NCA).
- Minimum of a BS degree in a relevant field with 1+ years of proven experience in industry or in a core bioanalytical lab.
- Knowledge of the conduct and interpretation of a variety of in vitro DMPK assays.
- Experience and knowledge of working with multiple modalities including; small molecules, biologics, Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs), nano-medicines and PROTACs is a plus.
