What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing helpful information.
• Processing orders and returns efficiently and accurately.
• Assisting in special projects such as meetings, planogram changes, and competitive research.
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams in a matrix environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least two years of experience in sales, retail, customer service or a related area.
• Are fully bilingual.
• Have a strong knowledge of PC, Power Point, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Can work effectively in a matrix environment supporting Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
