Eastridge Workforce Solutions legal team has an immediate opening for a part-time Litigation Paralegal. This person can work remotely but must live in San Diego. For immediate consideration, apply today.
Duties:
- Manage complex cases; develop relationships, internally and externally, to gather data and information and to create networks of relevant resources and services.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize assignments appropriately; determine and implement effective organizational and procedural methods.
- Review and analyze documents and data, perform procedural and factual research with understanding of client, matter, and business needs; provide insightful analysis, recommendations, and solutions to further case objectives.
- Create and maintain, or oversee maintenance of, files, documents, and data.
Qualifications:
- Four to Eight years of relevant litigation paralegal experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and the litigation process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, ProLaw).
