*Position Overview:* We are currently seeking a Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our outstanding team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, service-oriented, and possess a passion for providing top-notch patient care. As a lead RDA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and maintaining our high standards of service.

*Responsibilities:*
* Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
* Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
* Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
* Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
* Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
* Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed
* Oversee and coordinate the activities of other dental assistants in the practice
* Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

*Requirements:*
* Valid certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the state of California
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting
* Proficiency in Cerec technology and experience with CAD/CAM systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
* Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
