Description:

Job Summary The Growth Marketing Coordinator works as a member of the Growth Marketing team to expand the company’s footprint. They work to elevate company campaigns through seamless communication with media partners, detailed reporting of campaign performance and by assisting with day-to-day tasks for various channels (TV, OOH, Podcasts, streaming audio, radio, etc). Responsibilities • Assist Director and Growth Marketing Managers with discovery, outreach, negotiation, performance monitoring, organization and reporting for all channels • Spearhead monthly media tracking reports, ensuring our media is meeting brand standards • Work with internal creative team to communicate marketing creative needs and develop efficient workflows • Understand campaign KPIs and work with internal tools and 3rd party measurement solutions to ensure our campaigns are hitting ROAS goals • Proactively engage new, creative media partners to unlock new channels and increase marketing efficiency • Research industry trends and share learnings with growth team, staying aware of platform updates, new channel opportunities, competitor landscape and creative best practices • Oversee all creative production and trafficking for OOH, direct mail, and audio creative assets • Aid in campaign optimizations and informing best practices on vendor negotiations and offline media measurement and world class growth marketing
