Experience:

• 36 months of role experience is required.

• 12 months of Home Health experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

1-year Home Health recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience

OR and WA License required.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred

Current Driver’s License and a clear driving record for the past two years. Proof of automobile insurance as required by law.

BLS from Canadian Heart and Stroke and Military are also accepted

Maximum days off: 5 days

1 reference from last 12 months (Any reference type)

Driver’s license required
