As a Program Analyst you will provide program analysis expertise and support to Directorate Public Works (DPW) managerial and operational elements of USAG-HI and its serviced organizations.
Maintain staff oversight and support of organizational programs for work management conducted by government or contractor personnel.
Develop and implement work management policies and provide operational guidance to DPW staff elements with technical independence.
Conduct research, identify and analyze trends in the use of funds, and recommend adjustments in program spending that require the rescheduling of program workload.
Determine the cost effectiveness of a segment of the activity's budget program that, in turn, contributes to the accomplishment of the mission.
