What you will do

In this vital role you will be a member of the Sensing Product team for an ambitious program to connect cross functional insights to enable senior executives to make better decisions faster. We are looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, has a problem-solving mindset, is detail oriented, and is willing to help us continuously deliver on our ambition.

This role will be a key member of the Sensing product management team and will support the overall change management for Sensing. They will work across a number of agile teams, building capabilities and ingesting insights related to our prioritized agenda, notifications, brands, supply, pipeline, people and financials. The right candidate will find this role to be a strong foundation for growth and an outstanding opportunity to have a material impact on the business.

  • Support the journey to advance our Sensing capability across Amgen. For example, work closely with stakeholders on the Prioritized Agenda team to advance and develop new capabilities for executives such as the Forward 12 Quarters
  • Drive overall product development by building end-to-end solutions with a team of world-class functional leaders, data engineers and business analysts
  • Partner with developers, designers, product owners and scrum masters to design and develop the desired capabilities for end users
  • Establish plan for roll-out / release of new features and functionality in partnership with respective product owners and business owners, which includes playbooks, launch plans, UAT, etc.
  • Ensure that metrics are consistently updated and validated across all domains supported by the Digital Product Analyst
  • Support the development of change management plans for key Sensing releases (e.g., Sensing 2.0) and prepare various change management artifacts (e.g., memos, QRGs, newsletters and Sensing About Page)Win

    Masters degreeOr

    Bachelors degree and 2 years of product development/management experienceOr

    Associates degree and 6 years of product development/management experienceOr

    High school diploma / GED and 8 years of product development/management experiencePreferred Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience with product development for digital or web products
Understanding of existing digital and data technologiesExcellent communication skills (verbal, written), attention to detail and ability to operate independentlyStrategic and analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and metricsStrong business partnership skills and collaborative team playerComfortable with ambiguity; flexible, innovative, and solution-oriented mindsetExperience with Agile ways of working, Scrum and ability to adapt agile tools (e.g. Jira)Thrive

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
