  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with a focus on data transformation using SAP SLT and BODS
  • Experience managing complex business and technical relationships
  • Experience leading by example in a large, complex multi-system environment
  • Experience with SAP BODS, including job design, data quality management, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform) is a plus
  • Experience in all scenarios: ODP, Table based, Application based with S/4 HANA system for both
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrade, performance tuning and system integration
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, landscape, and security concepts
  • Proficiency in SAP SLT configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Expert in SAP technologies, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4, SAP BTP, Fiori, HANA, SLT, and SAP Solution Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • SLT performance optimization concepts (Reading type, master job)
  • SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
