How Will You Shine?

As a valued and successful General Manager, you will be required to possess:

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a resort-style property. Exemplary skills in managing homeowner relationships. Excellent communication skills, particularly interpersonal skills. Exceptional leadership skills; lead by example and foster a thriving culture for all staff members to grow in their current and future roles. Exceptional understanding of expense management. A strategic and creative mindset that will foster “outside of the box” thinking and ideas. Experience with budgets and forecasting; ability to decipher statistical reporting. Solid background managing food & beverage, and group functions. A good understanding of employment laws and requirements within the jurisdiction. Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential.
