Job Description

Olsson offers clients a full spectrum of water and wastewater services, including planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. As an Associate Engineer for the Water/Wastewater team, you will provide project design utilizing CAD/modeling software, perform technical analysis, prepare construction documents, provide construction services, perform research, and write technical reports. You will work closely with other team members and engineers on projects related to wastewater collection and treatment along with water supply, storage, treatment, and distribution. Typical projects you will work on include sanitary sewer piping, wastewater pump stations, wastewater treatment facilities, water piping, water supply wells, water storage tanks, and water treatment facilities.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

  • 2-4 years of experience, previous engineering consulting experience is helpful.

  • Engineer Intern (EI) certificate is required.

  • AutoCAD or other related design software experience is required.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Passion for public works projects.
