Job Overview

The Process Capacity Planning Analyst II will partner with Financial Planning & Analysis, Data Analytics, Workforce Management, HR, and Operations Leaders to ensure appropriate resource levels are maintained across Operations. Develop mature models for Capacity and Business Planning function across all lines of business. This position will also work and collaborate in a multi-disciplinary Center of Excellence.

What you’ll do

  • Create comprehensive business scenario modeling to achieve cost reduction, efficiency, quality, and revenue targets.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and develop business plans to achieve financial, customer, and risk objectives.
  • Develop and maintain capacity models and partner with leadership across Operations, HR, and Finance to inform critical business decisions.
  • Contribute to creation and delivery of monthly operating reviews senior leadership to ensure overall awareness and health of across Indexing, Intake, and Utility Operations.
  • Act as primary partner with Operations Leaders to define KPIs and metrics related to critical business functions.
  • Identify, develop, and continuously improve forecasting methodologies in partnership with Operations and Finance Teams
  • Establish deep subject matter expertise in the processes and data flows related to the AvidInvoice, Strongroom, and AvidUtility products.
  • Conduct ad-hoc root cause analysis when necessary to support resolution of operating incidents if they arise.
  • Partner with Work Force Management counterparts to advance the sophistication and accuracy of resource planning and successful management to the plan
  • Maintain operating rhythms information sharing to keep all stakeholders well-informed of planning accuracy and opportunities.
  • Contribute to creation and delivery of monthly Business Reviews with VP/SVP to ensure overall awareness and health of resource planning across multiple lines of business.
  • Extract and validate data from source systems to obtain data sets for models and forecasts

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in capacity planning for both transactional and call center environments
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approaches to drive optimal business outcomes
  • Design and manage robust cross-functional processes to synchronize monthly execution to strategic planning
  • Design, implement and monitor metrics to track the progress and success of programs, and to highlight issues on a timely basis
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Moderate proficiency in SQL
  • Highly experienced identifying underlying drivers of process capacity in a variety of business functions
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Yellow or Green Belt certification in Six Sigma or Lean
