This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience managing engineering projects in the chemicals, oil and gas, pulp and paper, or power generation markets. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and growing industrial team, working on multidisciplinary projects across various markets and geographies. While the Atlanta area is preferred, relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial understanding of project controls.
  • Familiarity with scope of work development, writing, and execution.
  • Working knowledge of large capital expenditure planning and execution.
  • Creating and managing project budgets.
  • Minimal contract language review.
  • Basic use of scheduling tools.
  • Developing and implementing organization and responsibility matrices for each project.
  • Understanding and implementing client expectations for design completeness and quality.
  • Developing plans and specifications to convey construction scope of work.
  • Coordinating requirements between design disciplines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering + 10 years of experience.
  • PMP certification will have special consideration.
  • Professional Engineer Registration will have special consideration.
  • Proficiency with relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, maintain a positive attitude, multi-task, and produce high-quality work.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external team members in person and on various communication platforms.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATIONAs a W2 employee of iParametrics, team members are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental and vision, and the company matching 401K plan, subject to plan terms and applicable waiting periods.
