What role you will play in our team
- Perform Operations Supervisor role which include administrative and field oversight on compressor station operations and compressor operators in Williston, ND
- Responsible for engaging in and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Managing and developing personnel.
- Daily operations and over sight of natural gas compressors, electric driven compressors, dehydration units.
- Managing loading and unloading of water and condensate trucks, and operations of pipeline facilities.
- Draft and execute management of change system for updates on process equipment.
- Use SCADA systems to monitor operations.
- Verification of Lock-Out/Tag-Out process on pressure vessels, station compression, and pipelines.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must view safety as a value.
- Working knowledge of P&IDs, pipeline, natural gas compressors, dehydration units, and SCADA systems
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work in extreme outdoor conditions, work flexible hours and on-call rotation as needed.
- Strong computer skills specifically with Excell Spreadsheet, CAD, and permit to work sytems preferred.
- Managing people skills to drive culture and influence team to safely exeute work according to our industry leading company standards preferred.
