This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Work Environment

This position requires up to 30% travel, including international trips to Japan and Canada, for project confirmation, layout specifications, and equipment inspection. These trips are well-planned and not back-to-back extended weeks. The work environment is close-knit with a strong emphasis on teamwork and understanding of deadlines and responsibilities. Most employees have long tenures, indicating a stable and positive workplace.
