KITCHEN LEAD

Double Mountain Brewery & Cidery- Woodstock Taproom and Aladdin Theater

We're adding a Full Time Kitchen Lead to the team. The position is paid hourly plus great tips The ideal candidate will bring the following:
Great attitude.
The ability to manage prep and kitchen cleanliness.
Evening, weekend, holiday availability.
3-4 years high volume kitchen experience.
1-2 years leadership experience, a plus.
Pizza knowledge, including making and stretching dough is a big plus.
When we get the chance to bring you aboard, your responsibilities will include:
Management of all BoH Kitchen activity including safety, recipe management, preparation, line cooking, and cleanliness.
Team management, training and counseling.
Opening and closing processes.

Double Mountain Brewery & Cidery has been operating in the Columbia River Gorge for over 16 years and in Portland on SE Woodstock for 7 years now, making craft beer and New Haven style thin crust pizza, sandwiches, salads, and a variety of appetizers. This summer, we’re expanding to the Overlook neighborhood on N Killingsworth.
