The Human Resources Associate Director role for the Global Manufacturing and Quality organizations has two main functions: providing business partnering support to senior leaders and leading and implementing HR projects and/or processes.

While projects may differ according to the business strategy and requirements, the Associate Director will have the following accountabilities:

  • Providing HR business support to the Engineering and Global Health & Safety and Technical Services/Manufacturing Sciences Functions to drive business results; focusing on technical capability building talent management, and strategic staffing
  • Serving as process owner for the Global M & Q technical ladder process with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Leading and supporting global M & Q HR projects and processes aligned with our HR strategy
Driving the organization plan for creating practices and habits which embrace and lead with diversity and inclusionCollaborating with subject matter experts in Human Resources to ensure that the policies, programs, and plans best serve the needs of the business

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience in one of the following areas:

5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least two years in business partnering, or5 years of experience in technical capability building.

Additional Skills/Preferences :

Influencing skills to guide people at all levels without direct authority.Project management skills with a focus on outcomes.Problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve business issues.Analytical skills to use data for decision-making.Business insight to understand and integrate business needs with HR solutions.Communication skills for effective written and oral interactions.HR and supervisory experience to apply various organizational improvement interventions.
