Position Overview: As a Data Analytics Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that drive value and impact. You'll leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for our clients. If you're a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed through data, we want you on our team.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, and define project objectives and success criteria.
# Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
# Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
# Strategic Insights: Provide actionable recommendations and strategic insights to clients based on data analysis, helping them make informed decisions and achieve their business goals.
# Project Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, scoping, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of deliverables.
# Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
# Share best practices, methodologies, and insights with clients and internal teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our data analytics capabilities.
# Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their data analytics journey.


Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
~3+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions to clients.
~ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
~ Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib, and the ability to create impactful visualizations and dashboards.
~ Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
~ Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

The industry standard salary for Data Analytics Consultants typically ranges from $130,000 to $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
