Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Director to join their organization. The HRIS Director will be responsible for leading and managing our client's HRIS operations in a fast-paced and challenging environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide extensive knowledge of the UKG Pro platform

  • Oversee and manage HRIS operations for the US and Canada, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies

  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and coordination between payroll and HR systems

  • Develop and implement HRIS strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in legislation related to HRIS

  • Keep current with HRIT releases and update employees of changes

  • Provide expert guidance and support to resolve complex HRIS issues and inquiries

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory authorities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HRIS operations and deliver exceptional service

Qualifications:



  • Extensive experience in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS (6+ years)

  • 10 Years of experience leading HCM/HRIS Solutions

  • 5+ Years of experience building and optimizing HRIS processes and systems

  • Technical HRIS Leader with extensive experience in analysis, BI, complex business requirements

  • Expertise with implementation, reporting, project management, compliance, employee communications

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels


Additional Info:



  • This is a full-time permanent position located in the Greater Boston Area, with a hybrid preference of 1-2 days onsite per week.

  • Though remote work will be an option, working hours will align with the Eastern Timezone .
