You will play a critical role within the company as you will be interviewing, training, mentoring, and managing our in-store lead generators to optimize lead generation. You will lead by example by also working shifts in the locations. 2+ years of experience in retail/consumer lead generation management including canvassing and in store.
Ability to develop and implement a training program for new team members.
Experience in interviewing, and training sales lead generators as well as weekly scheduling to ensure proper and adequate store coverage while monitoring weekly employee hours.
Must have strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with the retail store management as well as your team members.
Ability to analyze performance data and make decisions from that data whether to keep or terminate underperforming team members.
Be able to motivate a team of diverse people who are working in remote locations.
Must be team and goal oriented and understand the need to achieve daily success in the retail store environment.
Capable of travelling to our partnered stores to manage your team.
Salary: $50 - 55,000 Base, plus strong commission and bonus incentives.*
