Executive Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent
Part-time (.Central Office, Hopkinton, Massachusetts
This is the position of Executive Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent. The incumbent provides support to the Assistant Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendent’s team of directors, by coordinating, overseeing and managing an array of ongoing duties and special projects. The Executive Assistant reports to the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment and Professional Development.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred;
Experience working in a school or business setting in a clerical and/or executive assistant capacity;
Extensive experience with office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite and Google Apps required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing;
Ability to apply knowledge, skills, abilities and experience to manage projects or segments of projects independently;
Organizes and maintains both electronic and paper files of records and correspondence, including special projects. Prepares and distributes reports, correspondence, and forms, frequently of a confidential nature;
Assists with budgeting and grant management by facilitating the purchase order process, including requisition entry, tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and providing relevant backup information;
Assists with special projects, such as home education, new educator orientation and induction, curriculum material requisition, professional development management, and related work, including tracking relevant information, and producing and maintaining related reports;
