Are you ready to make a profound and lasting impact as the Director of Nursing Critical Care & Stroke at Munson Medical Center? In this strategic leadership role, you'll be entrusted with overseeing the enhancement of critical care and stroke services. Your mission is to provide visionary leadership, uphold industry-leading patient care standards, cultivate a culture of safety and excellence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve our organizational goals. What Were Looking For:
Master's degree in nursing, business administration, hospital administration, or related field is required (BSN required if the master's degree is non-nursing). Candidates who are currently enrolled in a masters program will be considered, but the degree must be completed within 5 years of accepting the role.
Three or more years of experience in a management/leadership position.
Registered Nursing License in Michigan.

Provides strategic direction for critical care and stroke services, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Foster collaboration, communication, and a culture of continuous improvement within the department.
Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources to champion excellence in stroke care and enhance critical care services.
With compassion, advocate for patient safety, staff well-being, and quality care across all services.
