They are passionate about working with our clients to create the best solution for their real estate needs.
To manage the company’s front desk activities and perform various administration duties, effectively serving the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Greet and welcome visitors and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers.
Provide clerical support to staff as required, including preparing documents, filing and organizing.
Assist in maintaining office supplies, ordering and shipping as necessary.
