  • Project Manager Position Requirements*
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Naval Architecture, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in project management within the maritime industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing ship repair or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of ship repair processes, marine engineering, and naval architecture.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
