As an adult psychologist, you will join a team that is committed to providing the best care possible to our communities. Our inpatient psychologist services are dedicated to offering thorough, empathetic, and tailored care to individuals dealing with mental health issues. What distinguishes us is our strong emphasis on the well-being of our providers.

Expert Care: Our Mental Health & Addiction team consists of experienced and licensed professionals specialize in inpatient mental health treatment, ensuring the patient receives the highest standard of care.
Multidisciplinary Approach: We collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists, to deliver a holistic treatment approach that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of health.
Continuity of Care: Our commitment to your well-being extends beyond the patients stay. We help in transitioning to outpatient care seamlessly, promoting a successful long-term recovery.

As a member of the inpatient treatment team, works with psychiatry, social work, nursing, clinical therapy and other disciplines to support patient recovery.
Coordinate treatment with other members of the inpatient treatment team and community agencies.
Reassess patient needs and progress per department policy/procedure.
May provide general consultations, staff training, and education on psychological topics to inpatient mental health staff and the greater Allina system.

D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling required
