As an adult psychologist, you will join a team that is committed to providing the best care possible to our communities. Our inpatient psychologist services are dedicated to offering thorough, empathetic, and tailored care to individuals dealing with mental health issues. What distinguishes us is our strong emphasis on the well-being of our providers.

Expert Care: Our Mental Health & Addiction team consists of experienced and licensed professionals specialize in inpatient mental health treatment, ensuring the patient receives the highest standard of care.
* Multidisciplinary Approach: We collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists, to deliver a holistic treatment approach that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of health.
* Continuity of Care: Our commitment to your well-being extends beyond the patient's stay. We help transition seamlessly to outpatient cacare promoting successful long-term recovery.

May consult with primary care providers for ongoing management of behavioral health needs of their patients.
* Coordinate treatment with other providers and community agencies.
* Complete treatment plan per department policy/procedure.
* Reassess patient needs and progress per department policy/procedure.

D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling required
* Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire and
* Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days required
